Acceptance of Terms

By using Agentic Jobs, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you should stop using the platform.

Service Description

Agentic Jobs aggregates publicly available job postings and ATS listings, then provides filtering, rewritten summaries, resume-oriented guidance, and trust signals to improve discovery quality.

No Guarantee of Accuracy

Listings can change, expire, or be removed at any time by the original source. Always verify details on the employer page before applying.

Permitted Use

You may use the service for lawful job discovery and research.

You agree not to:

  • Access systems without authorization
  • Run abusive automation that degrades service
  • Republish or misrepresent platform output in deceptive ways
  • Use the platform for fraudulent or harmful activity

Third-Party Links

Agentic Jobs links to external websites and ATS pages. Those sites have separate terms and privacy practices that we do not control.

Source-Of-Truth Reminder

Job pages on Agentic Jobs are reading aids and discovery surfaces. The original employer or ATS page remains the source of truth for final application requirements, submission instructions, compensation details, and role status. If a listing on this platform conflicts with the employer page, the employer page controls.

Intellectual Property

Platform software, UI, and original editorial content belong to Agentic Jobs. Company names and job descriptions remain the property of their respective owners.

Advertising

We may display ads via third-party ad networks. Ad display does not imply endorsement of any employer, product, or service.

Service Availability

We aim for high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation due to maintenance, updates, or infrastructure issues.

We may suspend, modify, or remove parts of the service without prior notice when needed for reliability, security, source changes, policy compliance, or infrastructure limits. Features and pages may evolve as the product matures.

Limitation of Liability

Agentic Jobs is provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from reliance on listing data or third-party hiring outcomes.

Acceptable Use Expectations

You agree not to abuse the service through scraping that harms platform stability, bypassing administrative controls, bulk copying content in deceptive ways, or using the platform to facilitate spam, fraud, or unlawful activity. We reserve the right to restrict access when behavior threatens the reliability, legality, or integrity of the service.

No Employment Relationship

Use of Agentic Jobs does not create an employment, agency, recruiter, advisor, or fiduciary relationship between you and the platform. We help organize information and provide original commentary around job listings, but employers make their own decisions and maintain their own hiring processes.

User Judgment Still Applies

The platform is designed to improve reading speed and discovery quality, not to replace your judgment. You are responsible for deciding which listings to pursue, what information to trust, and when to confirm details on an employer page before applying. Summaries, trust scores, and filters are decision aids only.

By continuing to use the service, you acknowledge that public job data can change quickly and that no job board can guarantee the continued availability, validity, or hiring intent behind every listing shown. Your use of the platform should always include independent verification before material career decisions are made.

We may revise these terms periodically. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised version.
